(1) Domestic workers shall be entitled to twelve days public holiday with pay in a year and one day weekly holiday with pay.
(2) If for any reason a domestic worker has to be employed on a weekly holiday or public holiday, the employer shall pay such domestic worker within twenty-one days an additional remuneration for the holiday or for working overtime.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (1) and (2), a separate agreement between the employer and the worker subject to the Act and these regulations shall be made in the case of workers employed as domestic workers in accordance with the same agreement.
